These terms govern your use of the ROYJU AI website builder (the "Service"). The operator can edit the company details and wording in the admin panel.

1. Using the Service

You may create websites from prompts and edit and run them from the admin panel. You must not publish content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law.

2. Fees and payment

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription at the prices shown on the pricing page and is charged automatically every month (recurring billing) to your registered credit card (PayApp) or PayPal, starting from your first payment date. Payments are processed by our payment partners (PayApp, PayPal). You can cancel recurring billing at any time in My page.

3. Refunds

The Service is digital content: your website starts being built as soon as you pay. Once a website has been created (including from a template), delivery has begun, so withdrawal and refunds are not available. We refund in full on request only if a website could not be created for reasons on our side, or if you have not created any website within 7 days of payment. You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the paid period ends. Anything else follows applicable law and our policy.

4. Your content

You own what you enter or upload and the website content generated from it. We only use it as needed to provide the Service.

5. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for losses caused by events beyond our control, including outages of third-party payment or hosting services.
